Terms of Sales :

Presentation of your paper ticket or smartphone ticket when boarding the bus.


This tour includes:
- Your return seat. Free places without numbering.
- Pick-up at one of the 3 starting points.
- Return to the same point as the care.

This tour does not include:
- Your personal expenses
- Your lunch and drinks
- Entrances to museums or activities
- Tips

Terms of cancelation :
Any cancellation must be reported by email to transcosta@wanadoo.fr or by phone before departure and must contain the name of the person who purchased the excursion, his reservation number, the destination and the date of the excursion.

- Cancellation at least 7 days before the departure date: no cancellation fees will be applied.
- Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the departure date: a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied.
- Cancellation 2 days before the departure date: 100% cancellation fees will be applied.

The excursion being a global price, no refund will be made in case of absence on the outward or return journey.

The client must present themselves 5 minutes before departure to the meeting places.
The client must be punctual at the meeting places and times during the excursions.
The driver cannot undertake to wait for customers who do not respect the times indicated. All delays involving additional costs will be claimed when boarding the bus.

The company declines all responsibility for costs that may be incurred in the event of delay.

All our customers are insured during transport, from entry to exit of the Vehicle. During the visits the organizer is not responsible in the event of an accident.

The company is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items.
